Specifications are provided in MS Word (R) format, so you can easily customize them to suit your district's particular needs. You can add options, specify brands, etc. as you see fit. The specifications include appropriately sized air-conditioning, so be sure to delete it if A/C is not desired (in which case you might also want to delete "white roof").
PDF (Adobe Acrobat Reader format) is provided for those who do not have MS Word.
